Member Ranking Program is based on accumulating points or the number of service uses. By accruing points, customers can receive special offers, percentage discounts, or direct monetary discounts. This not only incentivizes customers to return more frequently but also strengthens the relationship between customers and the nail salon brand.
– In the menu bar, navigate to Settings → Member Ranking Program.
– Check to enable the member ranking program.
– Rank Up By: Choose a customer promotion by reward points or their one-year spend.
– There are three customer levels: Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Depending on the conditions set for each level, there are special promotions designed for each one.
– Eligibility For Silver/Gold/Diamond Membership: Select the number of points or the amount of money the customer needs to spend to reach each membership level.
– Benefits From Silver/Gold/Diamond Membership: Choose long-term incentives for customers such as a discount on the total bill or deduct money when using the service.
– Click Save to save the changes.
